I've been updating my Web site and was told I needed to blog. Yes, I do- but that blog will have to be annoymous, confidential and in no way traceable to me!

However -I'm proud to to share my Nutcracker Publishing Company Blog page and here's some items I can share- My new site will go public next week. www.nutcrackerpublishing.com

Please take a look and offer me your comments and suggestions. I will blog more about what's been going on at the Nutcracker Publishing Company and in my life at a later date.

In the mean time---

I was trying to take a look at other bloggers - see what it's all about and since my children's book Tickles Tabitha's Cancer-tankerous Mommy is pertaining to a Mom with Cancer I typed in Cancer Mom and by chance up popped- Sue Richard/Art Jam Calendar. I'm listing her sites below- there's a woman that knows how to blog!

And as I told her - it was just the sort of blog I needed - as lately you could substitute Menopausal for Cancer-tankerous.

I was dianosed with breast cancer at 34 and the tamoxifen pill/drugs I took often made you feel menopasual. I got off the drugs and had a few good years - and then begain menopause- right about the time my daughter began puberty.

Isn't my husband a lucky man!

Here are Sue's links.

C-T M,

Wow, how generous of you too put all my links in your post.

I reviewed your book on my Calendar Girl Blog this week. I'm hoping that the readers, who have been following my career as the Breast of Canada Calendar publisher...breast cancer prevention focused....would be most inspired to buy it.

Let me know if you start a Merry Meno Blog and I'll add you to my Club Meno on My Menopause Blog.

So many blogs......

Calendar Girl

Sue,
Thank-you for your intuitive comments about Tickles Tabitha's Cancer-tankerous Mommy. What a wonderful review and I appreciate it. You immediately grasped one of the reasons I wrote this book. Well-meaning people often have a tendency to tiptoe around certain issues especially when it pertains to children.
I'll never forget sending out a manuscript of this book and being told the Mommy was too mean. This was pre- Internet days. It took me a long time to get over the shame of feeling I must be the only ungrateful cancer surviving mother ever to behave so badly. With today's reality TV shows saying that about my children's book is almost laughable but that's what's great about blogging you realize you're not alone.
